Job description
Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) in Richmond, VA seeks a Director of Transportation to lead the department responsible for fixed-route, BRT, paratransit, and microtransit. You will drive strategy, safety, reliability, and performance while managing 300+ staff and coordinating across maintenance, safety, planning, and customer service.
You will oversee technology systems like CAD/AVL and scheduling tools, partner with labor relations, and guide budget planning and emergency response.
