San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) seeks a Manager of Planning and Analytics to lead service planning and analytical initiatives. The role evaluates current service performance, develops new service proposals, and drives improvements in transit quality, productivity, and efficiency.
The position also advances the department’s analytical capabilities, including GIS and automatic passenger counters, and oversees public engagement.
