Job description
Via in Tulare is building a transformed transit service and seeks a General Manager to own strategy and day-to-day operations while leading a team through change. This onsite role includes housing support in Visalia during weekdays and requires a strong customer-service and data-driven leadership approach.
You will define operating systems, staffing, and cadence, drive on-time performance, and manage partner relations with local stakeholders to scale service and ensure safety and efficiency.
