nCaring Transitions of Granbury provides compassionate, full-service support for seniors and families who are downsizing, relocating, or liquidating estates. From packing and moving to organizing, estate sales, and clean-outs, we manage every detail with care and professionalism.
nPosition Summary
nWe are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Transition Services team. This role focuses on warehousing, delivery, and light moving, supporting estate clean-outs, relocations, and inventory transfers. You’ll be helping clients through life transitions by moving household goods with care and maintaining an organized, clean workspace.
nKey Responsibilities
nnnWarehouse Operations:
n
nnReceive, organize, and store incoming items at our warehouse facility
n
nnMaintain clean, orderly storage areas for auction items and estate inventory
n
nnLoad/unload cargo van as part of daily operations
n
nnDelivery & Moving:
n
nnAssist with small residential moves, including loading/unloading household goods
n
nnDeliver furniture and boxed items to clients, donation centers, or storage units
n
nnSafely wrap, pad, and protect items during handling and transport
n
nnClient Service & On-Site Support:
n
nnWork respectfully in client homes, often during emotional transitions
n
nnFollow move plans and packing checklists to ensure efficient project completion
n
nnSupport other team members with lifting, sorting, and carrying items
n
nnEquipment & Safety:
n
nnOperate dollies, hand trucks, tools, and other moving equipment safely
n
nnFollow all safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damage
n
n nPreferred Skills & Experience
nnnExperience in warehousing, delivery driving, moving, or logistics
n
nnFamiliarity with handling furniture, appliances, and fragile items
n
nnAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the workday
n
nnStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
n
nnDependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
n
nnExperience working on a small team and making sound decisions to accomplish results
n
n nRequirements
nnnValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
n
nnAbility to pass a background check
n
nnWillingness to work flexible hours, Monday-Friday
n
