Job description
Carespring NP in Cincinnati area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical oversight, educate on medication management, disease management, and care coordination through patient transitions until primary care is involved.
The role involves working with physicians and nurses in a new service line, with daily schedule Monday–Friday, about 9 hours per day. Eligible candidates must hold NP license for KY or OH and thrive in a collaborative care team.
