Experience supporting individuals with mental health and co-occurring challenges preferred.

Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Valid Connecticut driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to transport clients as needed.

Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.

What We Offer

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and internal equity considerations.
