Job description
Think Power Solutions is seeking a skilled Transmission Construction Representative (TCR) to oversee contractor performance on the owner's electric transmission system. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and design compliance across substations, upgrades, and new builds.
You will interpret engineering drawings, mentor junior staff, and enforce alignment with Owner standards. A strong background in transmission/substation construction and excellent communication are essential.
