We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transmission Technician to join our growing service department. This is a union position, offering excellent pay and benefits. If you have expertise in diagnosing and repairing automatic and manual transmissions we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions on all makes and models
Perform complete transmission overhauls, clutch replacements, and driveline repairs
Use advanced diagnostic tools and factory software to troubleshoot issues
Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Transmission Technician (Ford or other OEM experience preferred but not required)
ASE or manufacturer certifications (a plus, but not required)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to rebuild transmissions and perform complex repairs
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
