Job description
Allina Health Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis is seeking a Transplant and Organ Failure Specialist RN to manage care for organ failure patients and transplant candidates across inpatient, clinic, and community settings.
The role coordinates referrals, assessments, education, and discharge planning, serving as a resource to the care team and patients. Requires BSN, 2–5 years of transplant/organ failure experience, and state RN license; Masters preferred.
