Job description
The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Transplant Nurse Coordinator to plan, direct, and provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing transplant processes. You will coordinate donor evaluation, living donation education, and post-transplant care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal physical, social, and emotional rehabilitation.
