Job description
Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist to provide specialized pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing kidney, pancreas, and liver transplantation. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary transplant team and managing medication therapy across all phases of transplant care.
The pharmacist will rotate between kidney/pancreas and liver services and is eligible for remote work one to two days per week. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and have clinical experience, along with an active pharmacist license in Georgia.
