Job description
Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Transplant (PRN) to provide decentralized clinical pharmacy services for the inpatient Lung Transplant Program, collaborating with transplant physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to optimize immunosuppressive therapy and monitor drug levels across the transplant continuum.
