Job description
Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY seeks an Intra-abdominal transplant Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead clinical and operational pharmacy services within the solid organ transplant program. You will oversee medication therapy management, optimize pharmacotherapy, and mentor a team of clinical pharmacists to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include protocol development, rounds participation, quality improvement, and education of residents and trainees.
