Transplant Surgery Opportunity (Kidney/Pancreas) | Central Illinois
a physician-owned private practice in Central Illinois is seeking a fellowship-trained Transplant Surgeon to join an established kidney/pancreas transplant program with a clear path to partnership and ownership .

Kidney & pancreas transplant program with ~60 transplants annually
120+ patients currently on the waitlist
Living donor, deceased donor, and paired kidney donation programs
6-8 vascular access cases per week
1:2 home call | One week on / one week off
Approximately 2 weekends/month
Dedicated OR and clinic time
1-2 year partnership track with no traditional buy-in
Generous PTO that increases with partnership
Value-based care and ancillary ownership opportunities
Strong physician autonomy
No research requirement
The Practice
The clinical mix is approximately 45% transplant, 50% vascular access, and 5% general surgery , with the opportunity to help grow an established transplant program.
The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained in transplant surgery , with abdominal transplant training preferred. Board certified/eligible candidates with strong vascular access experience are encouraged to apply.
