Job description
Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Transplant Surgery department in a hybrid inpatient/outpatient role. You will care for liver, kidney and pancreas transplant recipients, including initial admissions and early post-transplant follow-up.
Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts with weekend and holiday coverage as outlined. Collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement
