Job description
Tampa General Hospital is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Transplant unit (1 7/8F) on a full-time basis at the Tampa Main Campus. The role supports daily clinical operations, staff supervision, patient experience, quality/safety initiatives, and financial stewardship.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN with an active RN license and at least 2 years of RN leadership experience, and will participate in interview processes and staffing decisions to ensure high standards of care aligned
