Job description
MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Transportation Driver – Adult Day Care
⚠️ REQUIRED TO APPLY: Applicants must be fluent in both Russian and English and have held a full, valid Maryland driver’s license for at least two (2) years .

Wage: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating Full-Time Schedule
Week 1: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM + Sunday | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Week 2: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
No evenings. No on-call shifts!

Qualifications
⚠️ Before you apply, please be sure you meet the following qualifications:
Fluent in Russian and English
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Full, valid Maryland driver’s license held for at least two years
Valid vehicle registration and insurance
2 years of experience driving a 14-passenger van/bus or providing passenger transportation
Must pass required background check and drug screening prior to hire
Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator

What You’ll Do
Safely transport older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities between their homes, the day center, appointments, and community programs
Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting the vehicle
Complete daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance or service needs
Support day program staff with participant care, activities, meals, and general assistance
