Transportation Services DriverBe a part of something new at The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina! We are currently seeking a transportation services driver to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.Benefits include:Competitive pay, commensurate with experienceRegular employee appreciation events to include refreshments and giftsFun and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaborationInitial uniforms providedFlexible work scheduleCareer growth and training opportunitiesPaid time off and 8 paid holidaysNew health insurance plans to include a prescription plan, FSA, and HSA plansDental and vision insurance401K with employer matchTuition reimbursement programsResponsibilities include:Transport patients by assisting patients in and out of vans/vehicles; lifting patients on and off beds; moving them to and from special service and treatment areas, using wheelchairs or moveable beds.Communicate with outside entities with excellent customer service.Comfort patients and their families by offering support and encouragement; being punctual and attentive to procedure schedules; demonstrating caring and cultural sensitivity.Transport equipment and supplies by picking up requisitioned orders; delivering them to assigned treatment areas and patient care areas.Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with federal and state legal regulations.Enhance health care organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Manage confidential patient information.Ensuring all residents have a safe transportation experience.Engage in training upon hire and ongoing to ensure up-to-date knowledge of current safety practices.Job Requirements: Candidate must have a current valid driver's license with no serious infractions. CNA certification, and experience in customer service, transportation and healthcare are preferred.
