Transportation Operations ClerkNow hiring for a Transportation Operations Clerk Location: Riverside, CA Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 am to 2:30 pmLooking for Transportation Operations Clerk jobs in Riverside where great communication makes a real difference? This opportunity lets you assist customers, solve problems, and build positive relationships while helping deliver outstanding service every day.Job DutiesSchedule and coordinate truck deliveries and pickups.Maintain accurate records of shipments and track their progress.Communicate with drivers and provide necessary documentation.Collaborate with internal teams for efficient loading and unloading.Prepare transportation documents, such as bills of lading and invoices.Update transportation databases and assist with administrative tasks.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service. Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Preferred QualificationsPrevious customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position. Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Transportation Operations Clerk.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
