Transportation Operations Supervisor
Salary: $65,000–$85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Transportation Operations Supervisor:
Oversee daily dispatch, routing, scheduling, and fleet coordination
Lead drivers and dispatchers, including coaching, attendance, performance, KPIs, training, and accountability
Respond to customer needs and troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges
Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance, safety procedures, inspections, and required documentation
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fleet readiness
Follow up on accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and operational issues
Qualifications for the Transportation Operations Supervisor:
Experience in transportation, fleet, dispatch, or logistics operations
Previous experience supervising drivers and/or dispatch teams preferred
Experience with routing, scheduling, dispatch, and fleet coordination
Experience managing employee performance, attendance, training, and operational KPIs
