Job description
Virginia Commonwealth University Health is seeking experienced Clinical Nurses for the Trauma Progressive Care unit. This role integrates technical skills and theoretical knowledge to provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include delivering and documenting direct care, administering medications, and guiding other healthcare team members. Candidates must possess a valid RN license in Virginia and may be required to enroll in an RN to BSN program within two years of hire. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and requires flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
