Job description
Sanford Health is seeking a Trauma Coordinator/Registered Nurse to help advance patient-centered trauma care across its regional healthcare system. In this role, you will coordinate trauma care processes, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical partners, and support quality improvement efforts that strengthen patient outcomes. You will maintain program documentation, monitor trauma data, assist with reporting and compliance, and contribute to staff education and case reviews. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with experience in trauma, emergency, critical care, or a related setting, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate, collaborative care.
