Job description
Sanford Health is seeking a Trauma Coordinator / Registered Nurse to help advance compassionate, high-quality trauma care across the communities it serves. In this role, you will coordinate trauma program activities, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support quality improvement and performance monitoring, and help maintain protocols, documentation, and regulatory readiness. You will also contribute to staff education and regional outreach that strengthens trauma services. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with experience in emergency, trauma, critical care, or a related setting; trauma program coordination experience is valued.
