Job description
Lovelace Health System seeks a Trauma Coordinator / RN ER to support high-acuity trauma care in a fast-paced emergency department. In this role, you will coordinate trauma patient flow, ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols, and serve as a clinical resource to the ED and broader trauma team. Responsibilities include trauma assessment, triage, and documentation; performance improvement initiatives; trauma data collection; and staff education.
