Trauma ED Physician Assistant — Acute Care Surgery

Job description

Albany Med Health System is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Acute Care Surgery & Critical Care team. The PA will serve in the Emergency Department, providing board-certified level care during peak hours and collaborating with surgeons, residents, and other APPs.

Primary responsibilities include ED consultations, wound care, trauma involvement, patient discharge planning, and EMR documentation. Requires NY licensure, NCCPA, and 1–2 years in surgical or inpatient care.
