Trauma ED Physician Assistant - Acute Care Surgery

Job description

Albany Med Health System is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Acute Care Surgery & Critical Care (ACS&CC) team in the Emergency Department. The PA will support surgical patients during peak trauma hours and collaborate with surgeons, residents, and other ACS team members.

The role requires NYS licensure, NCCPA certification, and BLS/ACLS. Prior surgical or inpatient experience is preferred. A strong emphasis on clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork is essential.
