Job description
Bay Cove Human Services in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical oversight, training, and direction to Housing & Homeless programs, ensuring evidence-based, trauma-responsive services.
You will supervise CSP-HI staff, coordinate enrollments and billing, deliver monthly trainings, and collaborate with case management to connect residents with needed supports; this exempt role requires LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or LPHA eligibility.
