Job description
Women In Need, Inc. (Win) is seeking a Clinical Director in New York to lead trauma-informed care delivery across transitional housing programs. You will supervise staff, integrate evidence-based practices, and partner with program leaders to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires an NYS LCSW and at least three years of direct trauma-informed clinical experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
