Job description
Women In Need (Win) seeks a Clinical Director in New York to lead trauma-informed clinical services across transitional housing programs. You will supervise clinicians, oversee clinical supervision, and ensure high-quality care for families facing homelessness and trauma.
The role requires an NYS LCSW, 3+ years of experience, and strong skills in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
