Job description
Family Paths, Inc. seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical programs for children, youth, and families in Alameda County. The role ensures trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and regulatory compliance across EPSDT, CAPIT, and related funding streams.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the director supervises three program managers, coordinates QA, and partners with HR on recruitment and performance. Hybrid work requires 3 in-office days in Oakland.
