Job description
Nexus Family Healing in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated Parent Partner to support families in our Treatment & Foster Care program on-site. The role involves trauma-informed, family-guided peer support, building relationships with families and service providers, coordinating resources, and advocating to reduce bias and barriers for caregivers.
This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with $20–$22 hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for parent skill-building education
