Job description
Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, seeks a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Specialist to work with children, adolescents, and families in home and community settings. You will deliver structured, evidence-based care within a trauma-informed framework and guide families through the FCT model’s four phases to achieve lasting change.
FCT Certification is required within one year of hire.
