Job description
Methodist Hospitals in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Forensic Nurse Examiner to provide trauma-informed, patient-centered care to victims of violence. The role includes medical forensic exams, evidence collection, forensic photography, STI/pregnancy prophylaxis, and referrals for follow-up and safety planning.
The ideal candidate is an IN-licensed RN with 2 years of nursing experience, CPR, and SANE training within 1 year of hire; pediatric SANE training is required.
