Job description
Her Justice is seeking an Immigration Staff Attorney to deliver comprehensive immigration legal services to low-income women and gender-diverse clients, including survivors of violence. The role includes intake, client counseling, and case strategy, with mentorship of volunteer attorneys and support for clinics and trainings.
The Staff Attorney collaborates with the Immigration Practice leadership, stays updated on policy changes, and helps maintain accurate case records and program reporting.
