Job description

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Intake Therapist (PRN/Per Diem) to ensure trauma-informed intake assessments and timely referrals for appropriate care. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, families, and referral sources to coordinate admissions for teens, adults and older adults in a 120-bed behavioral health setting.

The role includes cross-training in other Intake Department duties and may involve insurance verification and prior authorization as needed.
