Job description
Columbia Mental Health in Washington, DC seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual and group psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning for diverse adults and adolescents. Using evidence-based approaches, you will deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care, coordinate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary providers, and maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR. You’ll participate in case consultations, support quality improvement initiatives, and benefit from robust supervision, training, and professional development in an inclusive, collaborative environment.
