Job description
Encompass Community Services in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a ReTurn Project Mental Health Lead Clinician to provide in-office, telehealth, jail-site, and community-based services for adults 18+ involved with the criminal justice system.
You will use trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and CBT to support social and emotional recovery, coordinating with probation and case management to ensure whole-person care.
