Job description
The Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA) seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to provide comprehensive primary and preventive health care to children and adolescents aged 6-21 within JCCA's Medical Program.
You will work in an interdisciplinary team to promote prevention, effective treatment, and long-term wellness for youth in foster care, residential programs, and community settings, with a focus on trauma-informed care and care coordination.
