Job description
The Methodist Home of Kentucky is seeking a Unit Supervisor to lead an assigned living unit within the Caminos Shelter Program. You will supervise Youth Care Associates, ensure safety, and drive trauma-informed programming to support unaccompanied children.
This role requires compliance with KYUMH, Board of Child Care, and ORR policies, plus routine quality assurance including logs audits and safety reviews.
