Job description
CAPSA is seeking a Social Services Director to lead the Social Services Department, supervising case managers, interns, and the Hospital Response Team, and to set strategic direction for survivor-centered services.
This trauma-informed leader will guide program development, ensure compliant documentation, collaborate with community partners, and contribute to agency-wide planning and continuous improvement.
