Job description
La Cheim School, Inc. seeks a Director of Residential Services/Head of Service to lead its STRTP. This role reports to the CEO and oversees clinical, operational, fiscal, and regulatory leadership to ensure trauma-informed, youth-centered care.
Responsibilities include ensuring licensing compliance, supervising multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with counties and regulators, and driving quality improvement while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment 24/7.
