Job description
Everstand in Baltimore is seeking a Unit Supervisor to lead the interdisciplinary team and foster a trauma-responsive environment for youth.
You will coach Youth Care Professionals, implement evidence-based practices, ensure accurate medication administration, and coordinate transportation and daily individualized routines.
This role emphasizes alignment with Everstand values and collaboration with internal and external partners to support stabilization and self-regulation.
