Job description
Ascentria Care Alliance seeks a Youth and Family Support professional to deliver trauma‑informed, client‑centered services across foster care and family services. You will provide case management, counseling, and crisis response across multiple systems, coordinating with partners and ensuring safety for children and families.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work (or related field), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to complete background checks.
