Job description
Role: RN Educator supporting trauma education and clinical practice within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver evidence-based trauma education programs.
Support staff onboarding and ongoing competency assessments.
Mentor clinical staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Current nursing license with relevant clinical experience.
Strong knowledge of trauma care and clinical education methodologies.
