LewisGale Medical Center is seeking an RN Educator to support trauma education and clinical practice within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will develop and deliver evidence-based trauma education, support onboarding and ongoing competencies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. You will mentor staff, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
