Job description
TriStar Health is seeking a compassionate Trauma PCU Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this progressive care/step-down setting, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to trauma patients requiring close monitoring. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, wound and post-surgical care, and rapid response to changes in condition. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold TriStar’s culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
