Job description
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement RN to lead our PIPS program, applying clinical informatics and performance improvement methods to meet WA DOH/EMS trauma standards and ACS TQIP requirements.
You will collaborate with surgeons and trauma leadership to analyze complex data, drive root-cause analysis, develop evidence-based practices, and present changes to stakeholders across our integrated system.
