Job description
Join HCA Healthcare as a Registered Nurse on our PCU Trauma Stepdown unit, caring for adult trauma patients requiring complex monitoring and progressive care. In this fast-paced setting, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage telemetry and post-surgical care, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. You’ll precept new team members, educate patients and families, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met while contributing to a compassionate, learning-focused culture.
