Job description
Join HCA Healthcare as an RN on our Progressive Care Trauma Step-Down unit, caring for high-acuity trauma and post-surgical patients transitioning from ICU. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex medication and telemetry monitoring, respond to changes in condition, and collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll educate patients and families on recovery plans, ensure safe discharges, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a compassionate, learning-focused culture with strong clinical growth opportunities.
