Job description
TriStar Health is seeking a Trauma Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to trauma patients requiring close monitoring and step-down level support. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex medications and therapies, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to create and implement individualized care plans. The RN will provide patient and family education, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.
